Property Solutions prides itself on offering complete turnkey solutions to all Industrial, Commercial and Residential building projects.

Our services include but are not limited to estimating and feasibility studies for those costing a project, we charge a p/m2 or hourly rate which is refundable if we are awarded the project.

We have been in operation since 1988 and have undertaken work in the UK in London and surrounds, in the last 7 years we have been based in Morningside Durban.

All our staff and subcontractors are tried and tested and are all highly skilled in their respective fields of expertise.

Once a project is in the process of being awarded and prices have been agreed upon we’ll give you a list of references both current and past to contact and make available site visits to inspect our standard of work.

QUOTES

In order for us to quote accurately we require an architectural plan, we do not quote without one.

There is no set standard rate in the building industry for complete buildings as there are too many variables that need to be considered and calculated before quoting, however the following averages apply - Industrial factories 3000-5000p/m2, office/retail8commercial 6000-8000p/m2 , Residential R 5500-7500+ p/m2.

Any builder or construction company who offers p/m2 rates without taking all the relevant variables into their calculations are not professional builders and often misprice a project leaving you with additional surcharges or worse still an incomplete project.

All our quotes and estimates are calculated using up to date software and take into account all the materials used in the building process, this allow us to deliver all our projects on budget, on time, every time.
